# W.I.M.B – Where Is My Bus?

> W.I.M.B (whereismybus.uk) is a UK web app that shows where buses are right now on a live map, estimated arrival times at nearby stops, official disruption notices and quick passenger reports (for example "bus full", "not here" or "running late"). It works in any phone browser and can be installed to the Home Screen like an app. New users get a 14-day free trial, then it costs £1 a month. There are no adverts.

## What it does
- Live bus map: real bus positions from the UK government's Bus Open Data Service (BODS), updated every few seconds.
- Next buses near you: the closest stops to your location or a postcode/place, with estimated arrival times.
- Trips: say where you are and where you are going, and see the buses where you start, with an option to show only buses heading your way.
- Ping me: a phone notification when your bus is a set number of minutes away.
- Passenger reports: three taps to report a full bus, a no-show, a delay or a problem at a stop. Others can confirm or mark it "No longer true".
- Saved routes with live status, and official disruption notices.
